Gratitude is often mistaken for something dramatic - a sudden burst of thankfulness, a perfect morning, a life with no problems.

the person who remembers to check in,
the sunlight that enters the room without needing permission.
We move quickly through life, often measuring what is missing, delayed, or unfinished.
The mind becomes trained to scan for what is wrong, and in doing so, it can overlook what is gently right.
Gratitude does not ask us to deny struggle or pretend everything is fine. It simply invites us to widen the frame.
Yes, there may be pressure. Yes, there may be uncertainty.
