📖 A Story - When circumstances close a door, resourcefulness opens a window.
A young man sat behind prison bars, serving time for a crime he had never committed.
Each day passed slowly, but he wasn't counting the days until his release.
He was waiting for something far more precious - a letter from home.
One morning, it arrived.
It was from his aging father.
Years of hard work had left his hands worn and his body frail.
The letter read:
"Son, it's time to prepare the fields for planting again, but I no longer have the strength to dig the land.
Every season, you brought these fields back to life. I wish you were here."
The young man read the letter again and again. His heart ached, knowing he couldn't be there to help.
Then an idea came to him.
He picked up his pen and replied:
"Dad, whatever you do, don't dig up the field.
Years ago, I buried several guns there. If anyone starts digging, we'll both be in serious trouble."
The letter was inspected before it left the prison.
Soon, it reached not only his father but also the prison authorities and the local police.
The very next day, officers descended on the farm.
They searched every corner of the field, digging tirelessly in search of the hidden weapons.
Hour after hour, they turned over every inch of soil.
They found nothing.
A week later, another letter arrived for his father.
"Dad, that's the best I could do from here.
The field has been completely prepared.
Now plant your seeds, and let hope grow once again."

focus on what you can't do, or discover what you still can.
Growth begins with discovery.
When you change the way you see a challenge, you often change the outcome.

👓Looking Through a Different Lens
Most people believe they need more:
more time
more money
more confidence
more support
Often, what they really need is a different question.
Instead of: "What do I lack?"
Ask: "What resources already exist that I haven't noticed?"
The situation may stay the same.
Your possibilities rarely do.
⏸️ Pause and Discover
Think of one challenge you've been carrying.
Notice the challenge without rushing to solve it.
🔍Observe:
What is happening right now?
Am I reacting automatically or responding intentionally?
What assumptions am I making about this situation?
❓Discover
Invite your mind to explore new possibilities.
Ask yourself:
What outcome do I really want?
What resources, strengths, or support do I already have?
If there were another way, what might it look like?
What would I do if I believed a solution was possible?
🌱Choose
Respond with intention rather than limitation.
Choose to:
Focus on possibilities instead of obstacles.
Be flexible when your first approach doesn't work.
Take one creative step forward, however small.
Trust that a different perspective can reveal a different path.
Sometimes the solution isn't hidden.
It's simply outside the frame we've been using.
